WORKSHOPS

a. To cancel and receive a full refund, you must notify make@potstudios.com.au at least 48 hours prior to your lesson. Within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

b. If you wish to reschedule within the 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, you will be charged a 30% late rescheduling fee based on the class price.

COURSES

a. To cancel and receive a full refund, you must notify make@potstudios.com.au at least 48 hours prior to your session time.

b. Within 48 hours of the scheduled, lesson, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you wish to reschedule within the 48 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged a 30% late rescheduling fee based on your course or workshop price.

c. Makeup sessions are NOT available. You must be able to make all dates.

MEMBERSHIPS

a. Subscriptions Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

b. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel the membership. Non-attendance does not warrant a refund on membership payments. Memberships will not automatically cancel due to non attendance.

c. Pot Studios has 14 days to complete approved refunds. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.

EVENTS

a) To cancel and receive a full refund, a customer must notify make@potstudios.com.au at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows on the day.

b) A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your event or change final booking numbers. If you wish to reschedule within the 48 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged a 30% late rescheduling fee based on your session price.

c) If there is still a balance owing for your event, it will be settled 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

d) Please note only guests that have been booked in for the event are allowed to be in the studio while the session is running.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIPS

a. Cancelling a Monthly Agreement after the Minimum Term (2 months). A written notice to make@potstudios.com.au is required to cancel your membership. You must give Pot Studios 14 days advance notice before your next scheduled subscription payment to stop the service. 

b. If you do not give Pot Studios 14 days advance notice before your next scheduled subscription payment you will be charged for one more billing cycle and then the subscription will be cancelled.
